month: February 2011

As the second half of 2010 rolled around I knew Jasmine and I would collaborate on a new project that would debut at her Platform talk at WPPI. I also new that I’d be out of the country for a month vacationing with the family.
So why not combine the two? Luckily Jasmine felt the same way so her and JD met us in Tuscany to shoot this promo and in the meantime stayed with Abby, Trever and I just outside San Gimignano.
It turned out to be a great location for the story line and some of the metaphors we would later use in the final edit.

Jasmine has an uncanny ability to connect with people and then inspire those people with her story. And that was the goal, to connect and to inspire. Thank you Jasmine for trusting us yet again to help tell your story!

I blame my love for cars on Burt Reynolds. Trever might have a little more college money if it weren’t for Cannon Ball Run and Smokey and the Bandit.
So I shoot video and I love cars, why not mix the two? In fact it’s something I’ve been wanting to do for some time. I finally decided to make time and test the waters to see what the challenges of shooting automobiles were. So I took my Vette out last weekend and gave it a go. Turns out there’s a lot to learn. Here’s my first attempt, it’s a work in progress and definitely not my last, I had a blast.
